Project Description

A Cloud-based software organization needed to improve its management of Partners who were developing and releasing applications on the company’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering.

TurnPage Consulting developed a comprehensive Partner program that managed the partner lifecycle from acquisition to product release.

What we did

• Developed a Partner agreement to allow for access to company development software
• Created a Partner Portal to provide access to software tools and enablement
• Formulated a certification program for validation of partner developed applications
• Integrated the company’s Marketplace into the Partner release process
